Step 1:    Open Outlook 2007.  On the top menu bar, click "Tools”, then select “Account Settings” and then click the “Email” tab.

      Step 2:   Select the account to configure and double-click on it.

      Step 3:   Make a note of the Incoming mail server (POP3) and User Name and Password. Once noted, replace the Incoming Mail Server (POP3) to: mail.gafana.com It is also recommended that you configure your SMTP server to mail.gafana.com as well. This way, when you send emails to people, they will automatically be added to your verified list so when they reply, they do not have to verify themselves. Please note that Gafana requires authentication for outgoing SMTP. Please enable authentication for SMTP on your mail client and set the username and password to your Gafana username and password.

      Step 4:   Replace the User Name and Password with your Gafana.com Username and Password. Save your changes and then you can exit the screen.

      Step 5:   Login to your Gafana.com web account and go to the "Profile" tab. Click on the "Add POP3 Account" and then enter all the information that was noted from earlier. That's it!
